Manuscript Feedback & Editing

Claire is available for manuscript feedback, with a variety of rates depending on the number of poems. Feedback includes comments on individual poems as well as a report on the overall manuscript.

For those interested, Claire is also available as a mentor which is a step further from the manuscript, and involves helping you put together your manuscript for publication, advising you on where to send and read your work as well as motivating you.

Claire also offers manuscript feedback for fiction and academic works.

As well as editing four anthologies, two poetry pamphlets for Annexe Magazine, Verse Kraken, and Sabotage Reviews, Claire Trévien worked for two years as a research editor on the Complete Works of Voltaire. She is therefore available as a freelance editor, specializing in literature and cultural history.

Claire has been invited to speak at numerous panels on topics ranging from the role of literature in a digital age, to the future of criticism, to the role of caricatures in the French Revolution.
